Made with 68% cocoa, the characteristics of this blend include nuances of berries, well-rounded flavour, balanced acidity, low in cocoa butter and a delicious lingering finish on the palate.
When dining in, the pick of the menu has to be the Warm Chocolate Cake – a rich, freshly baked cake that oozes bitter-sweet molten chocolate.
