All orders which are 1 day advance (Strawberry Shortcake and Opera) and 2 days advance (Flans) for processing, daily order cut off time will be 2pm. Orders which are place after 2pm is considered as next  2 days and 3 days to process. ( i.e- 1 day advance : Order on Wednesday 1:00pm will be deliver or collect on Thursday. Order on Wednesday 2:01pm will be deliver or collect on Friday).

 

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

· We offer same day delivery for order placed during these timings:

Order before 8am, deliver same day 12 noon - 5pm

Order before 2pm, deliver same day 5pm - 9pm

***Same day delivery not include Flans, Strawberry Shortcake, Opera & New Cakes***

· Complimentary delivery service to ONE location for item purchase above S$60 (after discounts or nett price) before GST.

· A delivery surcharge of S$16 (subject to GST) per location applies for item purchase below the total amount of $60 (after discount or nett price)

· Specific Delivery Time (including Chalet and BBQ Pit) is subject to an additional charge of $30 subject to GST. (+/- 30 minutes from required timing acceptable for this surcharge)

· An additional delivery charge of S$8 (subject to GST) will be added for delivery to Sentosa Island (only applicable for hotel, resorts - delivery only to lobby or reception area, Sentosa Cove, Ocean Drive)

· Delivery not applicable to Jurong Island, restricted airline and cargo area (such as airport cargo complex and airline road) and other locations not in mainland Singapore.

· No amendments or cancellations are allowed after the order has been confirmed. Changes, if any, will be subjected to a S$10 (subject to GST) administrative fee.

· While Bakerzin endeavors to fulfill all deliveries, Bakerzin shall not liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver the products ordered due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control.

· Please ensure that the recipient address and contact number is correct.

· In the event that there is no recipient or no one at the delivery destination to receive the cake, the cake will be sent to our nearest outlet for self collection. Re-delivery is chargeable at $16 (before GST) per location within the standard time slots. Delivery timing will be available at a later timing or date.

· Refusal of any item by the recipient will still considered as delivered and no refunds will be made.

· Cakes must be checked and shall be deemed accepted if no errors / discrepancies are raised immediate upon delivery.
